For over 25 years, I thrived in corporate leadership—closing multi-million-dollar deals, scaling businesses, and leading high-level strategy. I was often the only African American woman in leadership, navigating spaces where I had to prove my value repeatedly.

When I left corporate, my mission was clear: I wanted to partner with women-led organizations, foundations, and business hubs to help women own their expertise, build wealth, and scale successfully.

I’ve studied women in business for over 30 years, and one thing has always stood out—many of us feel uncomfortable selling. We hesitate to charge what we’re worth, struggle with pricing, and undervalue our expertise—all while working harder than ever. I knew this had to change.

That’s why we are now offering women business owners the opportunity to work with us directly—through business coaching, challenges, premium event strategies, and revenue-scaling programs.
